Michigan has recently experienced a bumper crop of school leaders who are brand new to the superintendency. In order to meet their needs, we have developed the 90-Days-to-Success Toolkit. This “quick-start” resource captures “must-have” advice that superintendents need during their first 90 days on the job.
The digital toolkit contains two “quick start” products: an "email-a-day" calendar featuring 90 tips that are useful, inspirational or thought-provoking; and, a 2-disc audio set with recommendations and panel discussions covering topics relevant to your first 90 days on the job. Many superintendents have reported revisiting these topics even after the first year.
All superintendents new to the profession in the last two years have access to the 90 Day to Success toolkit as part of their induction into MASA. Other members have the option to purchase access as an "a la carte" option or as part of a membership bundle.
