Request for Presentation Proposals
If your school has experience with any school improvement topic that supports "Going Digital: Ready, Set, Accelerate" and you want to share your experiences with others, please complete this form by Friday, February 10, 2012.
Showcase your school improvement successes by presenting at the MDE/AdvancED Michigan Spring School Improvement Conference! Presentations should emphasize hands-on, practical information that is directly related to improving student achievement.
National speakers will be featured, along with selected outstanding concurrent sessions conducted by practitioners and featuring what works in schools.
The RFP must be completed on line for acceptance.
ONCE YOU SUBMIT YOUR RFP, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION THAT IT HAS BEEN RECEIVED BY MIEM. IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION - YOUR RFP WAS NOT SUBMITTED CORRECTLY!
Please Note:
- The registration fee for the presenter and one co-presenter will be waived.
- Material provided by the presenters will be included on an information USB provided to all participants (if material is received by MIEM by March 16, 2012).
- Lodging expenses will be the responsibility of the presentation team.
- Use of program sessions to promote personal business or sell materials is a violation of the principles of MDE/AdvancED Michigan.
Program Information:
Please provide the following information so that we may develop the conference program. Presenters will be notified of the status of their proposal during the week of February 20, 2012. Correspondence will be directed to the primary presenter; it is the responsibility of the primary presenter to communicate conference information to any co-presenters. Upon receipt of your proposal being accepted, you must register yourself and your co-presenters for the conference. Thank you!
